About Serviceplan
Founded in 1970 by Peter Haller and Rolf O. Stempel, Serviceplan is an advertising agency with offices in Munich, Hamburg, New York and San Francisco. Its work also spans Branding & Identity, Strategy and Digital Product & UX.
Founded in Munich in 1970 by Peter Haller and Rolf O. Stempel, Serviceplan built its House of Communication model around a simple idea: put every marketing discipline, advertising, PR, media, digital, and design, under one roof instead of splitting them across separate vendors. That model scaled into the largest owner-operated agency group in Europe, with more than 60 specialist agencies and over 6,500 people, and an Americas expansion that now includes New York and San Francisco offices.
Its strength is genuine full-service integration at serious scale while remaining independently owned rather than folded into a holding company. The size that makes that integration possible also means clients are working with a large, multi-office network rather than a single tight-knit team, so fit depends on wanting that breadth.
